I’m no lawyer, but I have studied some law. Here’s the problem right here. These people are registering with the state, and out of coercion? That’s a big No, No, and it can be fought and won if it is revealed that the state is forcing the parents to register. That’s an infringement on one’s personal freedoms. In addition, the state knows these parents don’t have a certificate to teach when they register. I doubt very highly these f**** jews will get away with prosecuting anyone.
Once you register with the state, you become its property. Where does it say anywhere one has to register to the state if you want to teach your own children? This is a private matter and a right that every parent has. However, teaching other kids could become a problem or sending your kids to another to have them taught. This I believe can be quite murky and laws need to be established to protect private homeschooling.
