Alvin Garcia-Jimenez, 28, is accused of throwing at least 300 pieces of mail into a Dumpster instead of delivering them. A witness contacted authorities.
Garcia-Jimenez was a temporary postal worker at the Azalea Park post office. Residents there were shocked by the news.
