Knoxville settles with rowdy out-of-towner
August 30, 2007
A white supremacist rallied here.He resisted arrest here.
But Alex Linder opted not to make a return trip to Knoxville to admit his crime.
Why would he return to a town where one can get arrested for walking down the street? That’s your problem, Jamie.
He and the few dozen protesters who joined him, most from outside East Tennessee, latched onto the kidnapping, rape and murder of 21-year-old Channon Christian and 23-year-old Christopher Newsom as a rallying cry against blacks and the media.
“Latched onto?” You mean like how “civil rights” leaders latched onto a couple dozen lynchings per year in order to create a situation where 100 White women are raped per day?
According to warrants filed in the case, Linder walked onto a section of Main Street that police had roped off for use by emergency personnel and ignored commands to return to the courthouse lawn with fellow protesters.
Translation: “He walked down the street.” Jamie, “emergency personnel?” What was the emergency?
When Knoxville Police Department Capt. Gary Holliday and Knox County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Tom Walker confronted Linder, he fought with the pair. The law enforcers ultimately forced Linder to the ground and handcuffed him.

Assault in progress: Moments after this photo was taken, Linder let out
a mighty war-cry as he raised his powerful arms, thrashing the officers against
one another, leaving him showered in blood and wielding two bloody stumps.
During the fracas, a recording device carried by Walker was damaged, netting Linder a vandalism charge. He also racked up a disorderly conduct charge.
He also “racked up” a charge of assault on the police officer. I don’t see anything about that here, Jamie. Why not? Is it because the outcome of that charge doesn’t fit with the agenda? Are you that afraid of selling used cars?
Stansberry sentenced Linder to six months, with a jail term suspended as long as he obeys the law during that time. Hunnicutt noted the plea deal assures that Linder’s otherwise clean criminal record now will bear a conviction, which could boost any punishment he would face if he committed any other crimes.
Noted.
Linder and his ilk have insisted that the slayings should be classified as hate crimes.
FAIL.
Authorities, however, have said there is no proof that the couple were targeted because of their race.
Nah, it was a love-crime, a crime of passion. Or Jamie, was the bitch just askin’ for it? How low can you go, grrlfrin’?
