But, after reading the reports and watching some of the videos (videos most Americans will never see because of the Jewish control of the media) of the Zionist terrorist mass murder of hundreds of Palestinian men women and children, the maiming, crippling, and blinding of thousands more, the incalculable suffering of a million and one-half people, I am brimming with heartache for victims and filled with rage against the evils of Zionism.</p> <p>Yesterday I heard that the Israeli’s were sending artillery barrages into Gaza. I studied artillery in ROTC and my father was an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. Artillery is not a precise weapon, and there is no defined battlefield in Gaza, it is a densely populated area. When you fire artillery into a city where families sleep it is a weapon of pure terror.</p> <p>I knew that there would be horrendous casualties from the huge, modern high-explosive artillery shells that kill everything within a radius of a football field. I just read that Israel hit three UN schools. In just one UN shelter the latest reports are that at least 45 civilians, men, women and children were blown to bits, and more dead are expected. The Palestinian dead are now over 635 and thousands wounded and maimed, many of them women and children.<span id="more-6896"></span></p> <p>Israeli President Shimon Peres told an EU ministerial delegation that demanded a truce.</p> <p><strong>“We are not in the business of public relations or improving our image. We are fighting against terror and we have every right to defend our citizens.”</strong></p> <p>I understand that Shimon Perez, even after Israel murdered innocent 45 men, women and children in a shelter at a UN school, will describe Israel’s mass terror and murder as “fighting against terror,” but why in the world can’t the leaders of the EU of the United States and the whole world respond to such lies by telling the truth that Israel is a terror state. Every leader should order an immediate embargo of trade with Israel and that official medical, humanitarian and military support will be immediately provided for the victims of this terror: the Palestinian people.</p> <p>Why doesn’t the media who lives by the biggest lie of all that it is an unbiased source of news and information - why doesn’t this media expose this Israeli carnage?</p> <p>The answer of course is pretty damn simple. Jewish extremists have enormous power in the media from the NY Times to the Washington Post, to TV and even Hollywood movies. There are a number of major movies this holiday season about Jews who were victimized by Nazis 60 years ago, but there are none about the massive ethnic cleansing, murder, terror and torture associated with the creation and maintenance of the state of Israel. I should also mention that there are no movies this season about the biggest mass murders in the history of the world, that by the Jewish Bolshevik leaders in the early days of Communism. When you know who runs the media, a lot of things become pretty clear.</p> <p>And why does Barack Obama, the man who is supposed to be the agent of “Change we can believe In,” stay stone silent in the face of this Israeli carnage. Of course, those awake to the Jewish extremist power know why. We know it is because Obama’s whole political career was orchestrated by Jewish extremists, from David Axelrod to Rahm Emmanuel. They guided his career, his campaign for President, and they provided most of the money, money that was overwhelmingly Jewish, such as what he got from the from the biggest Wall Street financial robber firm, Goldman Sachs, his biggest single contributor. And, we all know that the overwhelming Jewish influence in the press painted him as nothing short of the “Second Coming.”</p> <p>Barack is not about to bite the Jewish extremist hand that feeds him.</p> <p>He said he couldn’t comment cause he wasn’t President yet. He however can speak about his plans for the economy. He can speak about his foreign policy plans for Iraq and Afghanistan and Timbuktu, but he can’t say a single word to help stop the Israeli mass terror and murder against the Palestinians.</p> <p>Here is what Obama or any decent head of state should say at this crisis of life and human suffering. Here is what I would say if I had the Presidential Seal under my desk at this moment.</p> <p><strong>The time has come to acknowledge the great crimes committed against the Palestinian people by the Jewish Extremists who established and who today run Israel.</strong></p> <p><strong>The time has come to realize that Israel stole the Palestinian land, and for over 60 years terrorized its inhabitants, tortured and murdered those who resisted.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time to recognize that Israel was founded on terror, exists on terror and its evil nature cannot be preserved without terror.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time to recognize the human suffering done by Israel and her powerful Jewish extremist agents around the world. The tens of thousands of dead and homeless from two invasions of Lebanon, the over 40 years of brutal occupation of the West Bank and the violation of dozens of UN resolutions in regard to it, the paramount role that a cadre of Jewish extremist agents such as Wolfowitz and Perle and a compliant Jewish press played in orchestrating America’s tragic role in the Iraq War, a war which has cost more than a million lives and terribly damaged both the Iraqi and the American people.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time to recognize that it is Israel who is the biggest threat to world peace with its huge stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction. Israel has chemical, nuclear and biological weapons that America and Europe won’t even inspect much less demand their destruction. It is time to demand a complete inspection and destruction of those weapons.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time for the United States and all EU nations to completely cease all economic and military aid to Israel.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time to recognize that Israel is the aggressor in Gaza. That Israel has strangled Gaza for years, stopped even needed medical supplies and food, sealed the borders and made Gaza one big concentration camp. That Israel has bombed and terrorized the people of the region for years, and that Israel will not recognize the government the people of Gaza voted for in free elections.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is time to recognize that Israel has committed terror, murder and numerous war crimes against the people of Gaza over the last few weeks and that the Israelis responsible should be brought up before the International Human Rights Court in the Hague and prosecuted for their acts that have led to the death or maiming of thousands of innocents.</strong></p> <p><strong>In recognition of these facts, until Israel will cease and desist from these acts of terror and murder, Israel shall be labeled a terror state and be considered an international pariah. All trade and commerce should be banned between the United States, EU and any UN state and the terror state of Israel. Israel must allow complete inspections of its nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and facilities. Israel must turn over its illegal weapons for destruction. But the thousands of dead civilians and school children have rallied Afghans to the Taliban, whose lightly armed fighters have retaken most of the country from the Unipower. </p> <p>The Taliban doesn’t have an air force, or cluster bombs, or drones, or “smart missiles,” or tanks, or satellite capability. The Taliban has Afghan resistance to occupation.</p> <p>Bush was fighting for human rights in 2006 when he prevented f<i>or one month</i> the civilized world from stopping Israel’s massive bombing of Lebanon’s civilian infrastructure and civilian neighborhoods. Israel had intended to clear Hezbollah out of southern Lebanon in order to steal that part of the country for its water resources. When the vaunted Israeli Army was defeated and put to rout by a few lightly armed Hezbollah guerrillas, Israeli rage took the Israeli defeat out on Lebanon’s civilian population–from the air, of course. The murder of Lebanon’s civilian population was enabled by the American weapons with which Israel is flooded.</p> <p>Now Israel is bombing civilians in Israel’s Gaza Ghetto. Nothing has been spared. Not the hospitals, the university, or the children. And as I told President Mubarak, America appreciates the role Egypt has played in facilitating the delivery of relief supplies in recent days In addition to reducing humanitarian suffering, all nations must work toward a lasting end to the violence in the Holy Land, and a return to the path of peace. The United States is leading diplomatic efforts to achieve a meaningful ceasefire that is fully respected [<i>the US is blocking a cease fire, as it did in Lebanon in 2006, so that Israel can continue killing</i>]. Another one-way ceasefire that leads to rocket attacks on Israel is not acceptable [<i>Israel engineered the breaking of the ceasefire that was in place</i>]. And promises from Hamas will not suffice — there must be monitoring mechanisms in place to help ensure that smuggling of weapons to terrorist groups in Gaza comes to an end. I urge all parties to pressure Hamas to turn away from terror, and to support legitimate Palestinian leaders working for peace” [<i>here the White House Puppet is saying that the elected government of the Palestinians is not legitimate. Unlike Bush’s own elections, Hamas’ election was not stolen</i>].”</p> <p>The president of the United States is a sick joke. He has falsified history.</p> <p>Hamas was elected in free elections in 2006. The US and Israel responded by organizing sanctions against the Hamas government, including the suspension of all foreign aid. According to news reports, the US supplied arms to Fatah to take on Hamas in the streets of Gaza. As for Hamas’ resources, Israel has given part of the Palestinian tax resources to its puppet Abb<i>as</i> and kept the rest. The role of the Israeli/American puppet Mubarak is to keep Palestinians pinned in Gaza where they can be bombed by Israel. Mubarak” refuses to open the frontier so that Palestinians can escape the<i>ir </i>slaughter by<i> </i>Israel. </p> <p>Americans should be ashamed that their president is a puppet of a small, but ruthless, state in the Middle East that lives off American largess. </p> <p>Nothing has changed with the election of Obama, whose first act was to put Israel in charge of the White House. For the first time in its history the Americans have a dual citizen, an Israeli who served in the Israeli military, as chief of staff of the White House. </p> <p>My friends in the Israeli peace movement are despondent that America, “the light of the world,” is overcome by evil and serves wickedness.</p> <p>Compared to Russia with its energy and leadership and to China with its modern industry, the United States is a second rate power. The US has nukes but can continue its wars of aggression only as long as the dollar can survive as reserve currency. American power has been exhausted by mismanagement. The United States is a discredited country, a bane on the world, its nuclear arsenal a threat to life on earth.</p> <p>Political scientist Michael Haas has just published a book, <i>George W. Bush, War Criminal? The Bush Administration’s Liability for 269 War Crimes. </i>Haas writes that Bush’s violations of law and the Constitution “transform the United States into a rogue nation feared by the rest of the world and loved by almost none.” </p> <p>America has entered its decline. America has exported its manufacturing so that CEOs and Wall Street crooks could claim large bonuses while the working class declined. The American financial industry is discredited and in chaos, having resorted to stealing one trillion dollars from American taxpayers, while putting the rest of the world into financial crisis, including the destruction of Iceland’s currency. </p> <p>Most of the world now has reasons to hate and to distrust the United States.</p> <p>American unemployment is high and rising despite the massive printing of money and budget deficits that are too large to be financed, except by the printing of more money.</p> <p>The damage done to the American people in the first decade of the 21st century by their own government is comparable in some ways to the damage American hubris and self-righteousness have inflicted on the civilian populations of Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Gaza, and South Ossetia. Instead of losing their homes to bombs, more than one million Americans have lost their homes to the subprime mortgage fraud. We are spied upon without warrants or cause. During the previous podcast in this series, we examined the impact of living standards, workplace expectations and division of labor between spouses on the birthrates of European-Americans. Today we are going to explore another aspect of this issue: radical feminism. </p> <p>Few topics engender stronger reactions among our folk both pro and con. Because of the strength of those reactions, the topic is a minefield. Nevertheless, because of the profound influence of this ideology on the daily lives of our people, no reasonable analyst who intends that our people survive can avoid it forever. After all, radical feminism has been instrumental in moving forward both Marxist agendas and global-corporatist agendas; with ordinary men, women and children paying a terrible price. So I’m going to address this issue, understanding that most people who would be listening to this podcast, whether they are men or women, are plenty smart enough to know the difference between a human-made ideology (such as capitalism, objectivism or feminism) and a definable group of people (such as men, women or Europeans); and they realize that a human-made ideology can be questioned without any ill intentions being focused on any person or group. </p> <p>By criticizing “radical feminism” we aren’t advocating a “barefoot and pregnant” scenario, which was itself a propaganda invention in the first place. European social systems have historically considered women as integral participants in society, with rights and responsibilities far greater than any other civilization’s gender relations models. Western women have long taken leading roles in politics, religion and business, and oppression of women is, to a large degree, the result of outside influences. Look at the many heroines our people have given us: from Boudica to Senator Rebecca Latimer Felton, and Queen Isabella of Castile and Leon to Amelia Earhart, white women have been leaders and pioneers, the equals of their male contemporaries.</p> <p>The “radical feminism” we’re talking about truly has little to do with women’s rights and freedoms, and rather is a function of cultural distortion that gained steam with the influence of various “postmodernists,” “identity politics” and political correctness that aimed to undermine, and overthrow, Western cultural norms and, by extension, Western culture as well. We see the same kind of thinking at work in the so-called “gay rights” movement, as well as with various nonwhite ethnic groups, from the NAACP to La Raza. It is imperative that we know why. Here is the official Israeli line, directly from Washington: </p> <p>“It was “completely unacceptable” for Hamas, which controls Gaza, to launch attacks on Israel after a truce lasting several months, said Gordon Johndroe, a spokesman for the National Security Council. “These people are nothing but thugs, so Israel is going to defend its people against terrorists like Hamas that indiscriminately kill their own people.”</p> <p>The reason the US Administration parrots Zionist Israel’s story is that there is a common agenda that calls for more war in the Middle East. As we have written for some years, ours is a war-based economy, and Israel plays a large part in it because the USA’s targeted enemy is Islam.<br /> <br />War, to those who direct our course from above and beyond presidential politics, is not about religion, but is a vehicle to force economic growth where there is now stagnation. Broader, bigger and more permanent wars is a part or the “Dilution Solution” planned to save our economy, much as World War II was thought by many to be a planned solution to the “Great Depression.” </p> <p><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">We Hold These Truths</span> opposes this policy, which will end only when citizens demand it. </p> <p>The USA, also, uses Israel to further the war agenda. Israeli politicians willingly play their part in the US war schemes, that necessitates many secret meetings between the two. Israeli citizens will eventually be blamed for wars in the Middle East and could one day become the victims. </p> <p>Zionist politicians have their own political reasons for the unreasonable brutality which has been discussed in the Arab press. Israel wants to regain political control over the Philistines, so to their way of thinking, Hamas must go. This writer uses the biblical “Philistine” in place of the popular “Palestinian” to emphasize that Arabs are the historic occupants of the land, and they presently do not even have a state. Paradoxically, they are like the unarmed David, a stateless people wondering in the land of the Philistines, but with the slingshot, versus Israel, the militarist Goliath.<span id="more-6836"></span></p> <p>As a practical matter, Israel cannot kill all three or four million Philistines, although it has been officially considered. And, Likud politicians will do it if they can. Past Prime Minister Ariel Sharon actually stated he was capable and willing to kill all Palestinian Arabs if the Zionists could handle the world heat it would generate. Israel’s objective, instead, is to eliminate Hamas, so they can once again control the Philistines, as they have in the past, by controlling its leaders. </p> <p>Israel with the help of the USA, trained Yassar Arafat to be its kind of Arab leader and helped him to become a billionaire. In exchange Arafat created a terrorist image for his peace-seeking people, but he never attacked Israeli political figures, as he would have done if he was their enemy. </p> <p>Before the spasms of violence by Philistine youths in the 1980s called “Intifada,” the Arab population of some three million was in effect a low cost labor pool for Israel. Philistines did the menial labor and farming, commuting from gulags called refugee camps in Gaza and the West Bank. Israel could and did build industry around this desperate labor force much as Germany provided its war materials from slave labor camps populated by prisoners, many of whom were European Jews. This writer wonders if Zionists did not borrow the idea from the National Socialists (NAZI). South Africa was criticized and embargoed for using its black labor pool to build its industry, called Apartheid, but it never bombed the slums where the laborers lived. </p> <p>Israel’s forced labor pool declined with the Intifada from the early 1980’s on. The youth uprising started with Philistine children throwing rocks and the subsequent Israeli Defense Force policy of deliberate bone-breaking of children. Eventually the desperation led to human bombs. </p> <p>The PLO’s role was that of a controlled terrorist…controlled in that it made lots of press, but never really gained any constructive ground for the Philistines. The PLO made everyone think Philistines were terrorists, but it never really harmed the government of Israel. As an example, the PLO killed members of the Israeli Olympic team in Munich, which only helped the Zionists with world sympathy. </p> <p>Had the PLO desired to use its ample resources to hurt Zionists it could have organized general strikes, peaceful sit and other non violent methods of revolt. It had lots of people who needed a way to participate, but it did not. The PLO could also have been affective as a terror group by assassinating Zionist political and military leaders, or intimidated wealthy donors to the Zionist cause in New York, Paris, and London. This would have had an impact. Instead the PLO killed an aged couple on a cruse ship, slaughtered 20- year old Olympic athletes, and hijacked airlines from other countries making enemies out of them, and damaging the reputation of every Arab from every land. Arafat was left alone to live a lavish lifestyle in Paris, married a young wife there, and amassed an unknown personal fortune. Affectively he was an Israeli agent.</p> <p>The Philistines knew all this, but the PLO had no competition until Hamas came along . Israel’s stated agenda is to get Mahmoud Abbas back in power as the Philistine leader. According to reliable members of the Arab Press Abbas’s term runs out on January 9. This gives Israel and the USA but one week to destroy Hamas so they can keep Abbas in power. </p> <p>It should surprise no one that Bush has praised Abbas as a fine leader for the Palestinians.</p> <p>On the first day of 2009 Israel bombed a 4 story apartment building in Gaza to kill one Hamas leader. They were willing to kill eight members of his family, all women and children, plus four more non-family members who lived in the same building! The USA networks did not report the event. And, the US Administration supports these Zionist acts of terrorism, as the President’s press release indicates. Unfortunately many Americans, especially evangelical Christians, choose to believe him.</p> <p>Those who have been inside Gaza know Israel struck first, and Hamas’s response is only a token for lack of serious armaments. On December 29, 2008, on CNN, A united Nations official in Gaza, an English woman named Karen, stated she has lived in Gaza for six years, and whose job it is to organize distribution of UN purchased food. She set a Zionist friendly reporter straight. His loaded question was, “do the Gazans know that only Hamas is to blame for their sufferings?” </p> <p>Answering from her office in Gaza, Karen, the UN official, stated that her assistant, a Gazan, was killed that very day by an Israeli bomb while doing his job delivering food, and that it was Israel, not Hamas, who broke the six-month peace truce by keeping the border entrances sealed for months after the “truce” began. </p> <p>She put the reporter in his place about who bombed first, noting she was in Gaza under attack several hours before Hamas retaliated with some sixty homemade rockets. She affirmed that Israel has destroyed Gaza hospitals, mosques, schools, police stations, and private homes, all based on the excuse of one lone homemade rocket the week before that hit no one, and did no damage. Our leaders know all this but the truth does not further their agenda. The “Hamas hit us first” lie does.</p> <p>Israelis often refer to Palestinians as “animals” in private conversation. Israel’s military started the slaughter by starving the Gazans in hopes the victims would blame and reject Hamas. When this did not work Israel trumped up a homemade, one rocket excuse to start bombing the Gaza City, and is still trying to blame Hamas. In summary, there are a few simple truths that Israel cannot stand, and that US politicians and the press never recognize:</p> <blockquote><p>1. Hamas is the lawfully elected government of Gaza and the West Bank as well. It still has the respect of the people. It not only has the right to lead but has the responsibility, which Hamas recognizes. </p> <p>2. Israeli and American officials lie about Hamas routinely, it’s strictly business to lie, and they are not ashamed when they are caught. A recent official Israeli statement claimed “Hamas came to power in a bloody coup.” In fact, the Palestinian election was supervised and certified to be fair and free by an international team lead by a former US President, James Earle Carter.</p> <p>3. Gazans do not train their children to be suicide bombers anymore than Americans do; “Human Bombs” are the product of lost dreams and the frustrations of 40 years of occupation. Some children who grow up without hope become dangerous adults. Anyone who goes to Gaza, as I did, will learn they are not trained to hate us, nor to carry bombs. They learn to hate by being bombed.</p> <p>4. Gaza children are considered a blessing. Most families have lots of them and half the population is sixteen or under. As an example, abortion is practically unknown in Gaza; but in Israel it is a government provided utility. It is fair to say the Gazans practice a life culture; Israelis practice a death culture. </p> <p>5. Gazans co-exist side by side, race and religion, Muslim and Christian, church beside mosque. Their Children often go to the same school, Hamas and Muslim kids with Catholic, Orthodox, and a few Baptists, until Israel bombs the school with US weapons. I have seen it and talked to the parents. A massive USA/Israeli propaganda campaign has the objective of convincing Christians that Muslims hate them.</p></blockquote> <p><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">The United States Agenda</span>:<br />The annihilation of the Gazans is a step in a general war plan often referred to as the Neo-Con plan of Richard Bruce (Dick) Cheney, and Paul Dundes Wolfowitz and others. The war plan is called the <span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Project For the New American Century</span> (<span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">PFNAC</span>), which seeks to engulf the entire Arab world into permanent wars of mass occupation. <span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">PFNAC</span> postulates that more wars will bail out our staggering economy. </p> <p>History shows serial wars always destroy the morality and the currency of the aggressor. Your writer described this agenda in 1994, in a magazine feature story, <span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Attacking Islam</span><sup>1</sup>. Gaza is viewed as a trigger to spread World War III against Islam everywhere. The Bush Administration wants Israel to pull the trigger on the Philistines and set the Islamic world off to violent retaliation in which the USA will quickly be “forced” to be involved.</p> <p><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">We Hold These Truths</span> appeals to those who consider themselves moral and spiritual to speak out, making the cause of the Philistines a moral issue. Even at that, the report that came to us yesterday after the Captain and First Mate went back to Sour (Tyre) to inspect the boat was that it was sinking, the damage is extensive, and the boat will take, in their estimation, at least one month to repair. Tomorrow, we will bring the Dignity from Sour to Beirut. And now, we must decide what to do and from where we will do it and how we are to get back to wherever that might be.</p> <p>My personal, and I know the group’s, thanks must go to Al Jazeera, that allowed three of their reporters to be onboard with us on our voyage. As a result, Al Jazeera carried the story of the Dignity live, from castoff in Cyprus when our spirits were high, right up through the menacing maneuvers of the huge, super fast Israeli ships before they rammed us, the Israeli calls on the ship phone after the ramming calling us terrorists and subversives and telling us to return to Cyprus (even though the Israelis later claimed that they didn’t know who we were, they knew enough about us to tell us where we had come from), and the fact that we didn’t have enough fuel to follow their instructions, right up to their threat to fire at us if we didn’t turn around, ending with our beaten-up boat limping into Sour harbor in Lebanon. Al Jazeera carried our story as “breaking news” and performed a real service to its audience and to us. Al Jazeera called the Israelis to inquire about the incident right as it was happening and I am sure the Israelis were prepared to leave none to tell the story. Al Jazeera told the story and documented it as it was happening.</p> <p>One of those Al Jazeera reporters with us was Sami El-Haj, who was detained in Guantanamo by the United States for six incredibly long years. What an honor to even exchange glances with such a humble man who had endured so much pain at the hands of the U.S. government. I apologized to him that my tax dollars were being used in such a despicable way. And Sami’s crime according to the U.S.? Born in Sudan, and reporting for Al Jazeera in Afghanistan, Sami was the wrong color, the wrong nationality, the wrong religion, reporting for the wrong news outfit, telling us the truth about a wrong war. And for that he survived incarceration for six long years. Sami El-Haj, Guantanamo prisoner number 345.</p> <p>Another incredibly committed journalist who was with us was CNN’s Karl Penhaul. Karl reported the truth even when his own station was repeating Israeli disinformation. The fact that we were traveling with these alert journalists added to the flat-footedness and obvious crudeness of the Israeli response. Sadly, Israel has changed its story too many times to count, and that’s because they are not telling the truth.</p> <p>We lived to tell the story. Of course, they cut the reference to the U.S.S. Liberty. What are they afraid of?</p> <p>Last night I was on PressTV.com, along with others who were on the Dignity, and we debated a representative from WINEP, the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. I reminded the audience that the Palestinians don’t have nuclear weapons, depleted uranium munitions, white phosphorous, or F-16s, but the Israelis do. The facts, however, tend to get garbled after being processed by the “Grand Wurlitzer” organ of state-sponsored disinformation utilizing the world’s press.</p> <p>With the truth clearly on our side, Israel has been reduced to releasing the ridiculous bombast below, given to me by a reporter who came to our hotel in Beirut for a visit. With their multiple, conflicting stories, it is clear that the Israelis did not expect us to live to tell the truth.</p> <p>On the drive from Sour through Saida to Beirut, we were welcomed like heroes because our ordeal had been seen by everyone on Al Jazeera. The mayor of Sour came to welcome us. The mayor of Saida insisted that we stop there, on our way to Beirut, for a special ceremony. But there was something else that was visible along our drive, and that is the devastation that Lebanon, itself, has received as a result of the Israeli war machine. The scars of the war are still evident everywhere. When whites move to Chicago, they naturally gravitate to the North Side, while blacks head to the South Side. Many of these whites doubtless voted for Obama, but “they aren’t nearly as interested in living in neighborhoods rich in color.” </p> <p>Indeed, one of the articles cites a study indicating that whites prefer neighborhoods in which no more than 17% of the population is black and another in which whites rate neighborhoods higher if it is a white neighborhood independent of the physical condition of the neighborhood. As usual, whites are acting on these preferences with white flight. Whites make up a declining percentage of the city’s population (now 28%) as they retreat to suburban areas where they can live in neighborhoods with people like themselves.</p> <p>This behavior conflicts with the official multicultural utopian attitudes that are so apparent in the articles. But it does conform to psychological research that people naturally prefer to associate with people who are similar to themselves. In fact, there are <a href='http://psychology.uwo.ca/faculty/rushtonpdfs/N&N%202005-1.pdf' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>deep psychological roots to ethnocentrism</a> that make us attracted to and more trusting of genetically similar others. Douglas Massey, Princeton University expert on segregation is quoted to the effect that “although white attitudes have changed and they don’t believe in segregation in principle very much anymore. . .in intimate settings their comfort level isn’t very high.” Sociologists such as <a href='http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/bpl/scps/2007/00000030/00000002/art00001' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Robert Putnam</a> have also shown that ethnic <a href='http://www.vdare.com/sailer/070701_diversity.htm' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>homogeneity</a> is associated with greater trust of others and greater political participation. </p> <p>Of course, whites can’t be explicit about these preferences.
