Linder continues to point out why modern pop sucks

I like when he talks about this stuff because it shows versatility.  *I* know a little bit about the music business because I’ve been a musician since the age of 5-6.  He’s one of those guys who knows only what he likes, yet he couldn’t be more spot-on about how artists are chosen (no pun intended) and vetted. 

That, along with other reasons, is why I stopped trying to make a career in music.  It would be more than a decade before I figured out what was going on politically in my country, but even then I knew that talent wasn’t the “true north” of the decision of who made it and who did not, and it wasn’t even on my account.  Indeed, the best musicians and bands I have ever seen labored away in small pubs all over the Carolinas and Georgia. 

Think about that:  Perhaps some of the best bands you’ll never hear languished and died without you getting a chance to hear it because MTV didn’t like their video, or because the music was about “getting the girl.”  They’d rather you hear the self-destructive suck of Christina Aguilera.

    he sings nothing,he is nu-millivanity fair stuff
    all of this Todays “artists” are pure fraud.
